At Cumulus Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that coffee makers and accessories are clean and include all original components.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
